FERMENTED VEGETABLE WORKSHOP - 2017/2018 - Next workshop is April 28!

In this introductory workshop you will learn everything you need to know to make your own Fermented Veggies! The workshop includes a lot of variety as well as tasting of the ferments. I cover all the basics of sauerkraut, kimchi and our family favourite ferments in an interesting and fun class. You will get lots of opportunities to ask questions. I also discuss what can go wrong and how to fix these. You will get to taste a variety of ferments and receive a recipe booklet to take home. You will also have the opportunity for hands-on making sauerkraut which you may take home with you (1 jar). We provide you with ongoing support after the workshop.

KOMBUCHA WORKSHOP - 2017/2018

Come and learn everything you need to know to make your own original and flavoured Kombucha! This workshop is great for beginners and intermediate (prior experience is not necessary). During this workshop I cover single batch, continuous brew and flavoured Kombucha. You will have the opportunity to taste the various versions and flavours. I discuss all the ins and outs, what to do, what not to do, what can go wrong and how to fix it. You will learn all the knowledge you need to start successfully brewing Kombucha at home. You will receive a Scoby, Starter Tea and an Instruction sheet. You also receive ongoing support to ensure your success.

 COOKING FOR GUT HEALTH - 2017

Breakfast is our most important meal in the day. Looking after our gut health may be a challenge with time pressures, food sensitivities, low energy, or needing inspiration. Come and join us for a tasty workshop that treats your gut well and will get you started feeling great each day with more energy. Recipes and tastings included.

During this workshop I will show how to make our favourite gut healing breakfast recipes. You'll get to taste, ask questions, and leave with a recipe booklet.

*This workshop uses chicken, eggs and other animal derived ingredients. With notice, vegan and vegetarian options are available.
